How long does my order take to ship?

Once you make your order, if it has been pre-made, I aim to get your order posted within 1-3 days, or if you ordered a ‘made to order’ piece, it can take 1-2 weeks before shipping. Once it has been posted it can take 2-3 working days for delivery.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Currently I only ship within the United Kingdom for items on the website to keep my carbon footprint low, however, if you message me for a commission, exceptions can be made.

What is your returns policy? 

All sales from the website are final and returns cannot be accepted, this also includes commissions. Commission deposits are non-refundable. Please check all the item details and photos before final payment, and double check your ring size if ordering a ring.
